All goods will be shipped according to the delivery option(s) offered at ‘checkout’ and every effort will be made to ensure packaging is suitable to ensure their safe delivery.
Should any goods be damaged on arrival, we would ask that pictures are taken (and emailed to us) of both the packaging and the damaged contents, before returning for a full refund (including the original cost of delivery). We will also reimburse the cost of return postage in such circumstances.
For all other returns, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure they are suitably wrapped and protected. Return postage should be paid by the purchaser and a refund of the purchase price (excluding the original cost of delivery) will only be issued once the goods have been safely returned and inspected for damage.
All returns should be made, and arrive with us, within 28 days of the original purchase.
